ECOMAT and Kobe Forge New Partnership for Sustainable Aviation
ECOMAT and the City of Kobe have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the aerospace expo ILA 2024 in Berlin, marking a significant step towards strengthening their cooperation in the field of hydrogen applications for the aviation industry.
The Kobe region is an industrial center and a hydrogen cluster in Japan. Over the past few years, there have been several mutual delegation trips between Bremen and Kobe, culminating in the official sealing of the successful cooperation in the new MoU. Koji Omae, Director Business Kobe Europe, signed the MoU on behalf of Kobe, while Hubertus Lohner and Bastian Müller represented the ECOMAT.
The primary aim of this partnership is to collaborate on innovative solutions for the sustainable aviation of tomorrow. By bundling their competencies in the field of hydrogen technology, ECOMAT and Kobe are set to make significant strides in the realm of eco-friendly aviation.
